Week 3; Phase 2

Another weekend .. weekends are my worst, I have a difficult time staying on track and this weekend was no different. Lots of time spent at the beach and at various family gatherings, negatively affected my food choices. Its the one big thing I need to overcome for Curves Complete to be more successful for me!
So, I'm starting another week and am trying to re-focus and get back on track - that's all you can do when you fall off the horse, pick yourself up, dust off and climb back up there!
