Week 1 was a success! I am down to 155.4 already!
I'm totally happy with my results, considering that the weekend was a hard one. I volunteered at my communities strawberry supper and indulged in too many carbs (pasta salad is a great weakness of mine) and strawberry shortcake! But I forgive myself for getting off track and now I am back to it and going strong.
Bring on week 2!
